If you are located in or near the Santa Cruz, California area and would like to pick up your order you can choose this option and you will not be charged any shipping fee. We are located at: Our warehouse is open Mondays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and by appointment. We will let you know when your order is ready to be picked up should you choose this option. Mis-shipped orders or defective goods must be reported to our customer service department within 10 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. A return authorization number will be provided at the time of approval. Credit/exchange will only be given for items returned with prior approval. |
