Shipping Policies and Fees
Please allow 1 week to 10 days for order processing. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or special requests. You can also call us at 831-440-1002.
If you are located in or near the Santa Cruz, California area and would like to pick up your order you can choose this option and you will not be charged any shipping fee.

Our warehouse is open Mondays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and by appointment. We will let you know when your order is ready to be picked up should you choose this option.
Returns / Exchange Policy
Mis-shipped orders or defective goods must be reported to our customer service department within 10 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. A return authorization number will be provided at the time of approval. Credit/exchange will only be given for items returned with prior approval.
Orader Changes/Cancellation Policy
Your order constitutes an agreement between the buyer (you) and the wholesaler (Vero France). Vero France will accept changes on orders no less than 3 days prior to shipping date. All processed orders cancelled prior to shipping date are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Vero France won't issue refunds on orders after they have shipped.
Orders Placed during a Show
Orders placed during show dates may be cancelled prior to the end of the show with no penalty. For all other orders placed during a show the standard shipping and cancellation policy applies.
